Management

Veronica Katsande, Registered Nurse(LD)

Registered Manager

Veronica is a Registered Nurse who has worked in various settings which includes: elderly, dementia, Learning disability, young persons, rehabilitation and mental health. She has been working in the health and social care environment for the last 20 years and she views nursing as a very rewarding profession with lifelong learning. Veronica is a registered member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and still practising as a bank nurse. Veronica is also a palliative care trainer.

Deputy manager

Catherine Chisoma, a seasoned nurse with a background in social work. She has a MSc in Nursing with distinction from the University of Staffordshire. Beyond her academic achievements, Catherine is characterized by a passion for lifelong learning and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others. Her unique combination of nursing expertise and social work insight equips her with a holistic understanding of healthcare complexities. Catherine stands as an inspirational figure, demonstrating unwavering dedication to excellence and a profound desire to contribute meaningfully to the field of nursing.

All Ocearns Carers are trained in line with the government’s skills for care guidelines. We ensure that all employees receive comprehensive and continuous training. We are continuously updating our training courses in order to meet best practice and ensure their quality and relevance.
